About me

I’m Cecilia Giussani, a nutritionist qualified in Argentina, and I see nutrition as an essential tool for caring for our health, improving quality of life, and supporting each person on their own path towards wellbeing.

How I support you

My approach combines clinical nutrition grounded in scientific evidence with holistic, individualised, and compassionate care. I believe that every consultation brings a personal history, needs, and circumstances. Listening, understanding, and working together with each patient are essential to developing nutritional strategies that fit their daily life, goals, and stage of life.

I am particularly interested in nutritional approaches to gut health, digestive conditions, autoimmune diseases, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and anti-inflammatory nutrition. In these areas, food can play an important role as part of a holistic approach, always taking individual needs and the available scientific evidence into account.

My work and my commitment to teaching share the same conviction: understanding is also a way of caring for ourselves. As a nutritionist and teacher, I enjoy sharing knowledge clearly and accessibly, so that each person can better understand their body, make informed decisions, and take an active role in caring for their health.

I support people at different stages of life, adapting nutritional care to their needs, circumstances, and goals. My aim is to offer practical, sustainable tools that support wellbeing, respect individuality, and fit into everyday life, rather than universal solutions or rigid diets.

I believe in nutrition that brings together science and empathy, knowledge and listening, professional guidance and support. Nutrition without guilt or unnecessary demands, helping people build healthy habits in a realistic, mindful, and respectful way.

My goal is to support you in caring for your health, better understanding your needs, and finding a way of eating that contributes to your long-term wellbeing.
